Week 2 on Places Locker App
We’ve launched our second series of Workout of the Week. Five brand new home workouts that you can easily complete with no equipment required. Choose from Strength, Core, Cardio and Stretch, plus there’s our Keep Moving workout designed specifically for older adults.
Fitness tracking on the go!
If you’re more of an outdoor exerciser we also have you covered. Places Locker App has an in built GPS fitness tracker so you can track your walk, run or cycle outdoors. Simply navigate to the outdoor activity tracker on the home page, choose your exercise type and hit Start.
At the end of your exercise you’ll be able to see distance travelled, duration, calories burned, pace and average speed. You’ll get timing breakdowns for each kilometre and if you listen carefully whilst out you’ll get an update each kilometre.
