We offer a range of classes to support mums to maintain their fitness before and after having a baby.

Aqua Natal

The perfect way to exercise safely during and after pregnancy.  A low intensity, low impact water based movement session. The perfect mix of relaxation, laughter and exercise and a wonderful way to stay fit.

  • Sundays 9.45am - 10.30am

Parent & Baby Group Cycling

A fantastic cardio workout – it's highly effective at burning calories and building your overall fitness levels back up. Babies welcome from 8 weeks to pre-walking.

  • Tuesdays 11.30am - 12.15pm (babies can come in pushchairs or car seats)
  • £5.75 Non-Members / £5.10 Members


Parent & Baby

A varied exercise workout for parents! Parents and babies from 8 weeks up to pre walking age.

  • Mondays 11.15am - 12.00pm. (babies can come in pushchairs or car seats)
  • £5.75 Non-Members / £5.10 Members
  • Instructor Lucy Parker.

Classes can be paid for individually or alternatively why not purchase a 6 class pass for only £30
