We offer a range of classes to support mums to maintain their fitness before and after having a baby.

Parent & Baby Group Cycling

A fantastic cardio workout – it's highly effective at burning calories and building your overall fitness levels back up. Babies welcome from 8 weeks to pre-walking.

Pregnancy Postnatal

Our qualified instructor will teach you safe and effective exercise for pregnancy and postnatal life. Learn to tone up your pelvic floor, understand the importance of posture and enjoy a new way to make friends. Babies welcome from 8 weeks up to pre-walking.

  • Babies can come in pushchairs or car seats.
