Working up a sweat
We encourage physical activity for everybody.
Our gyms have a range of equipment and workouts to work upper and lower body separately and our instructors can tailor a programme to suit your specific needs.
Our Instructors are skilled in a multitude of ways. From developing Personalised & Bespoke Training Programs, designed to help clients achieve their goals, our innovative trainers will scale and adjust measures accordingly to help people ranging from the Athletic to the Infirm.
The needs & safety of each client is paramount, whilst not detracting from implementing a routine that will be effective, achievable and ultimately enjoyable.
The gym itself is filled with equipment that will give everyone a chance to build their fitness and health up. Ranging from Recumbent Cycles & Cross Trainers, which provide no impact on the joints whilst still increasing Cardiovascular Fitness; to the XT hand bike, that will allow people with limited mobility to tackle something to help them. The resistance/weight machines are all measurable and scalable, with a vast majority of them allowing for easy access and adjustment, allowing use to appropriately load the body, increasing muscle and joint strength whilst decreasing the risk of bone related diseases such as Osteoporosis & Osteoarthritis, along with battling Muscular Dystrophy.
